To make an appointment please

1. Obtain a referral from your doctor to Dr Chantal Esnault and email it to info@nestfc.com.au or fax to 03 9528 5883

2. Reception at NEST Family Clinic will then contact you regarding an appointment

3. If you have not heard back within a few days please contact NEST reception on 9528 5882 to follow up

Fees – please discuss this with NEST receptionists. You may also be eligible for an increased Medicare rebate once you have reached your Medicare Safety Net for the calendar year. Please discuss with reception.

 

Initial appointments are approximately 50 minutes long. Follow up appointments are booked as either 50 minutes (long) or 30 minutes (short) according to what is appropriate for your needs.
